The Year 2 students have been inquiring into the transdisciplinary theme, "Where we are in place and time." In this unit of inquiry, the students are exploring the factors that influence the creation of homes globally. The students visited Backyard Gang at Clearwater Bay Country Park. The students explored different materials in the forest and used them to build a den. They enjoyed being out in nature and had a great time working as a team. A big thank you to Chris, Matt, Kyle, Clara, Annie and Tiff from Backyard Gang for leading a wonderful learning experience for our Year 2 students.
